Reading, PA - The Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series hit the Northeast division, for the second time of 2017. Fans were in attendance as racers from all over the nation visited the drag strip to compete on Memorial Day Weekend. Husband and wife Shawn and Jackie Fricke, led the winners circle at Maple Grove Raceway Sunday, along with their nephew Cory Ream.

Mohnton, PA - In a battle of New Yorkers during the Stock Eliminator final round, Peter Biondo, Maspeth, N.Y., scored his 50th National victory, running 10.352, 114.82 to defeat Michael Ianoco, Wading River N.Y., 10.524, 118.63. Ianoco was looking for the double.

Reading, PA - In Competition Eliminator, local runner Doug Doll out of Lancaster, Pa., ran down Peter Luciano, Malvern, Pa., who left first with a stellar .007 second reaction time. Doll went 7.455 at 174.10 in his ’15 dragster for his second divisional win of the year.
