WOW! - What a awesome Weekend. First off I wanna thank all the racers for attending the Inargural Event at I 64 Motorplex.

2nd the Staff at I 64 Motorplex, worked hard all weekend like you do every weekend. Not even the rain could stop us from having a GREAT event. We learned alot from the 1st event and will tweak it for next years event for sure. We had 112 entries on Thursday for the 5K gamblers race, had 173 entries on Friday, Had 221 entries on Saturday and 188 on Sunday.

Thursday kicked off with Tesz Powell Winning the 5K Gamblers Race over Nick Hastings and Nick Bowman winning the 32 car shootout 2K Race over Mark Brewer.

Rain keep us from racing on Friday but we raced on Saturday for $15K and Edmond Ellison was the Winner over Matt Obertanec.

Then we had 2-32 car Shootouts paying 5K each and Shootout 1 was won By Travis Snowden over Shawn Pitts.

Shootout 2 was won by Jared Bargo over Marty Flegal.

Then we had a 2K gamblers Race after the Shootouts and Tesz Powell and Josh Epperson was the 2 finalist. Also was a pit vehicle race after the gamblers race.

Nick Hastings Drag Racer

On Sunday We raced for $12,500 to Win and after the dust settled it was Nick Hastings over Jon Lowery for the Win. Then we had a random drawing out of the pre entries for a 16 car shootout for a Golf Cart and Michael Beard was the winner over Matt Obertanec.
