I would first like to start out saying Thank You to all the sponsors that stepped forward to help support what we all thought would be a great format and event, including Dan Masta from Masta Performance, Kevin from Nitroplate, Marco Abruzzi, Wiseco, Folk Race Cars, Autometer, Scott Ray from Ohio Crankshaft, Luke Bogacki (TIBR),Staging Light Graphics, DRR, and the entire Tri-State Dragway staff.

Everyone listed was very supportive throughout all the planning stages and during the event to make a very smooth running event with some very difficult situations during the event.

Second, I would like to thank the racers that did show up so that we could still salvage a great event for what we had to work with.The racers were very patient and understanding of the situation on hand, and that was great. That made a great race for the guys that were there, TWO races, 6 rounds each, for $5,000 to win each with NO Buy Backs and another $ 7,000 in prize giveaways, AND a Saturday $1,000 FREE ENTRY extra race thanks to Marco Abruzzi, for 58 cars.

With the help of all the racers and the Tri-State staff,Sunday we ran 90 mins of open time runs, Started the first race at noon and ran the second race final at 4:45 pm. Great job.
