Footbrake Racers from across the Eastern United States will be heading to Cecil County Dragway this weekend in honor of Jim "Harry" Harrington to compete in the JEGS Jim Harrinton Footbrake Classic.  $10,000 to win on both Saturday and Sunday makes this a must go for the serious footbrake racer.
