Scotty Richardson, Novembers racer of the month is a 5 time World Champion . At 28 years of age he has accomplished so much for the sport of dragracing. He started bracket racing on August 20, 1983 in the street bracket class in Kennedale, Texas. Since then he has had many outstanding wins. In 1988 Scotty won his first National Event, the Fram Supernationals. From there he went on to win his First World Championship in 1991 in his Tinman Car.

Scotty has stated that the year of 1994 to this date has been the highlight of his racing career with 2 World Championships in super comp and super gas. The year 1995 through 1997 he achieved 2 more World Champion titles as well as numerous bracket racing victories. In 1997 through 1999 Scotty has raced with George Tamasi of the TAS TEAM. He has won several bracket races during his run with the TAS TEAM but for the year 2000 Scotty Richardson will be saying goodbye to TAS and once again will be doing it his way. The goals that are set include winning a World Championship in Super Stock and Super Comp. Also competing in Mega Buck Races through out the United States.
