Brian Folk
April's Racer of the Month

During the next racing season he campaigned a 1972 Vega which led him to Super Street Champion in 1989 at a Division III race at Great Lakes Dragway in Wisconsin. The majority of Brian's wins have been from the Big Buck Races.

Racer of the Month
Brian started his racing career in 1987
when he was 16 years old driving a 1969 Camaro in ET2

During the 1994 racing season, the Folk's Race Team was very fortunate to be sponsored by Stout's Racing and Winnebago Motorhomes racing programs. Since that sponsorship began, a wonderful relationship developed with Harold Stout and Jerry Fietland.

Good Luck to the Folk's Racing Team! We look forward to seeing you at the track.

If you don't see Brian at one of the Big Races, you can probably find him at Folk Race Cars & Welding. He achieved an associates degree in marketing and small business management to help with his father's business. As with our previous Racers of the Month, Brian is also a second generation drag racer!
