April’s Car of the Month owner could also double for a racer of the month! It is Johnnie Walker from Peru, Indiana, and his 2000 Spitzer Dragster. He is a 43 year old racer who graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and a former Captain of the United States Marine Corp. and helicopter pilot of CH-53 choppers. He currently is the owner of Johnny Walker’s Auto and Truck Sales and Time Saver Drive Thru Convenient Stores.
Johnny has been Bracket Racing for 12 years. His crew consists of his son Doug.
