Our hearts go out to Mary and Shanna, and all their family.] Scotty Mathews was from Inola, Oklahoma who had a talent for driving Bracket Door cars. On February 20th a tragic accident while racing claimed his life. Scotty was known around Tulsa as a racer who would always be around in the late rounds and had a knack for winning races at Tulsa, Mo-Kan, Noble, and other tracks around Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas areas. He was a top 10 finisher at Tulsa International Raceway several years running. You could always see him at the track with his wife Mary and their daughter. We all will deeply miss Scotty Matthews.
