Jim Howard the Division 2 Track Promoter of the Year dodged the bad weater in the East and provided racers with 3 - $10k Races with a "Super" Super 7 Series this past weekend.
Jim Howard says "While races are getting cancelled all around us because of weather and car counts, we put up a great show with 3 $10,000 to win races and a $2,000 gambler". The only flaw for the weekend was a short delay for a wiring issue that was finally found as a culpret of ants. Car count was exceptional given the weather around Montgomery and the other races being held. 100 cars plus for each race brought exceptional racing.

Johnny Labbous after his Win!
Johnny Labbous and Ron Lane were the exceptional stand outs over the weekend with a Win and Runner-Up each. Pitted against each other in the Final of Sundays $10k to win race, the tree went down and before both cars were at the 330 mark the sky opened up and the storm hit. The only thing to soak Lil John on Sunday was the rain as he had to drive back to his trailer in a "Hurricane Like" condition.
Friday Night $2k Gambler - 4 cars split
Saturday $10k Points Race - Ron Lane over Jeff Brown
Saturday $10k Bonus Race - AJ Ashe over Johnny Labbous
Sunday $10k Points Race - Johnny Labbous over Ron Lane
